Every year of the past few years has held at least one critically-acclaimed (and truly excellent) horror film. Last year there was Get Out, a massive hit, but that was preceded by the likes of Green Room, It Follows and The Babadook. If early reviews out of South by Southwest are anything to go by, Krasinski’s enigmatic A Quiet Place will be the horror film of 2018. I don’t know much about this film, but everything I hear is incredibly promising, so I’m planning on keeping it that way until it hits theatres.
