It’s been a while since we’ve had a good old-fashioned serial killer thriller worth watching, and The Snowman – with an immaculate pedigree and an impressive trailer – looks to bring some life back to the sub-genre. With the likes of Michael Fassbender and Rebecca Ferguson joining the director of the excellent Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, the film promises to be a worth addition to the serial killer canon alongside the likes of Se7en, Zodiac and Silence of the Lambs.
